New profile takes top position in the country's largest coffee chain

Mads Holmgaard is the new Country Manager for Espresso House Denmark.

As of 1 November 2023, Mads Holmgaard has taken up the position as Country Manager of Denmark's largest coffee chain Espresso House. However, Mads Holmgaard is not new to the organisation, having previously held the positions of District Manager, Operational Excellence Manager and Regional Manager. With this experience, Mads Holmgaard will take responsibility for the 65 Danish coffee shops in Espresso House and continue to make both the coffee experience and the business even better.

About Espresso House and the new Country Manager Mads Holmgaard, outgoing manager Sabrina Jæger says: "Espresso House Denmark has all the right people on the team and that is exactly why I am completely confident and proud to hand over responsibility for Espresso House Denmark to Mads Holmgaard and the rest of the management team. Mads Holmgaard joins the position with great experience and insight from the coffee shops, which he will bring with him to his work as Country Manager. For Mads Holmgaard, running a successful business means rethinking the way you see and recognise both guests and colleagues.
